There is no ATM in the De Doelen. The closest ATM is by the central Station.

ISPAD 2023 has applied for CME Credits and will update on the approval as soon as possible.

The exhibition located in the Foyer Grote Zaal accommodates 11 exhibitor booths. This is also where the coffee breaks, lunch distribution, and the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening will take place.

Out of respect for authors’ and speakers’ copyrights, it is forbidden to take pictures and film during official conference sessions. In case of negligence, the organizers reserve the right to exclude the participant from the conference.

Official photographers and videographers are authorized to take photographs and film sessions as well as participants during the conference.

The location is 18min by foot or 9min by public transport from the De Doelen.

Timeline: The evening starts at 20:00 with a networking get-together, followed by a dinner and an awards ceremony to honour the outstanding medical achievements of the past year. The menu will be served from 20:45, and the dance floor opens at 23:00.

Extra registration is required! Tickets can be ordered by using your conference registration profile or at the registration counter. Tickets are limited and subject to availability.

The ISPAD Resource Platform is delivering the content of the latest three conferences as well as all ISPAD webinars and the Best of former conferences! The content of the ISPAD 2023 conference will be available there from mid-January 2024. The official language of ISPAD 2023 is English. No interpretation is available.

All found items and reports of lost items should be directed to the Registration.

Please bring your registration confirmation with you to the Conference and scan the QR code to print your name badge.

The name badge must be worn at all times during the conference. Access to the conference facilities will not be granted without a proper name badge. If an attendee loses, misplaces or forgets the name badge, a handling fee of 60 EUR will be charged for a new one. The lost badge will become invalid upon handing out a new name badge.

This policy applies to both professional journalists and bloggers, no matter if the message is supposed to be diffused in a large audience or a limited group of readers/users. Please refrain from taking photos/making screenshots of any session/poster without prior consent from the author.
